You need to cover everything including accommodation, budget, route, emergencies, food etc.
If you are going with friends then sit down with them and plan out the motorbike tour. If you are going alone then plan out the tour yourself or with your friends and family. Think of everything you need to take with you, what type of bags you will take and ensure you have enough to last then planned time frame. You can buy somethings as you travel like clothing, you might like to pick up some t-shirts on your travels as souvenirs for example.
Take good safety gear, helmets, gloves and padded clothing etc. Make sure your bike is in prime condition with everything tuned up and lubricated. Make sure you have enough petrol and have your petrol stops planned out before hand as you go to each location. Book ahead for hotels and accommodation or any tickets etc you need to book.
